3CE heart pot lip in Tinted Pink review

'heart pop lip' from a kbeauty boss brand, 3CE. The brand has been well known for its simple and cute design.
The case is so cute !!! It is a real small pocket size.
Although it's equipped a mirror inside.
The color is a light pink. Everything about this tinted lip balm is subtle. The color, the amount of lip balm picking, the feelings on your lips... I needed to dip 3~4 rounds to make it appear this much. This is a product you should only use your fingers, not a brush.
Third picture is how it seems in real, 'before' & 'after' are the ones I took with a light on. I think this color will look very natural and nice to everyone, no matter what your skin tone is. And my lips felt comfort from the moisture, while it felt very light on lips. The texture is very sleek and thin. It felt like a high-end lip balm.
This is how it seems from distance. It doesn't have any plumping effect, and that's what I liked about it.
It doesn't irritate lips at all. The lip balm is so smooth, and it's not sticky at all.
I just hope the lip balm was just a little more soft, so that I don't have to dip and dip and dip again to make the color&moisture appear on my lips. The moisturizing effect was ok, not if you're looking for something dramatic... and it lasted pretty decent. I liked it over fresh's tinted lip balm when it comes to the moisture lasting and how it feels on my lips.
It leaves quite a bit of stain as a 'lip tint'.
Perfect for 'Nothing but not nothing makeup' / 'I woke up like this' look !
Surprizing fact is that this doesn't transfer at all !!
The moisture can transfer a bit, but the color? I couldn't discover even a tiny bit of color transferred on my cup even though I had a cup of water right after I took pictures for this post. It was like, 15~20mins after applying it.
